These terms cover the use of this website. The work we do for clients is governed by a separate written agreement, signed by both sides, which always prevails over anything on this page.
What this website is
An informational website describing our services, our method and our starting prices. Nothing here is a binding offer by itself.
About the prices shown
The monthly amounts on this site are starting prices, published so you can judge whether we are in your range before spending time on a call. The final scope, price and term are defined in a written proposal. Advertising spend, software licenses and third party fees are billed separately and passed through at cost.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee a specific revenue result, traffic volume, ranking position or number of leads. Any agency claiming otherwise is describing something it does not control. What we commit to is described on the home page under the 30 day launch commitment, and in your written agreement.
Term and cancellation
- Marketing and growth work runs month to month.
- Custom software has a minimum term, agreed upfront, because a build has a real cycle and stopping halfway serves nobody.
Ownership
You own your accounts, your domains, your data and the code we deliver for you, under the terms of your agreement. We do not hold your assets hostage, and access is transferred to you on request.
Using the chat
The chat on this site starts with automated triage and is monitored by our team, who take over the conversation. Do not send passwords, card numbers or sensitive personal data through it. To see invoices or support tickets, you confirm your identity with a code sent to the contact already on your account.
Intellectual property
The texts, layout and brand elements on this site belong to Visage Web. You may share links freely. Reproducing the content as your own is not allowed.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law, where the company is registered. Client agreements may define a different forum, and in that case the agreement prevails.
