Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it. We wrote it in plain language on purpose.
Visage Web is operated by Orlei Adriano do Nascimento, a company registered in Brazil under CNPJ 21.398.697/0001-70, at Rua Gustavo Leopoldo Feltes 1386, Canudos, Novo Hamburgo, RS, Brazil. Contact for any privacy matter: contact@visageweb.com.
What we collect
Only what you give us and what the site needs to work:
- What you type in the chat or a form: your name, email, phone, company and what you are looking for.
- If you are already a client: the tax ID you enter to identify yourself, and a one time code we send to the phone or email already on your account.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and pages visited, kept in server logs.
We do not ask for payment card data on this website, and we never ask for your passwords.
Why we collect it
- To answer you and prepare a proposal.
- To confirm your identity before showing invoices or support tickets, so nobody sees your account data by guessing a public tax ID.
- To keep the site secure and to prevent automated abuse.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your data and we do not trade it. It is shared only with the services that make the site work, and only to the extent they need it:
- Our own servers, where the site and the client panel run.
- An email delivery provider, to send messages you asked for.
- A messaging provider, when you choose to be contacted on WhatsApp.
How long we keep it
Chat conversations and contact requests are kept while they are useful to serve you and for our records. Identification codes expire in minutes. Server logs rotate on a short cycle. If you ask us to delete your data, we delete what we are not legally required to keep.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Write to contact@visageweb.com and we will answer.
Depending on where you live, local law may give you additional rights, including under the Brazilian LGPD, the GDPR in Europe, and privacy laws in some United States jurisdictions. We honor those requests regardless of where you are.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising cookies. The chat keeps a session identifier in your browser so your conversation survives a page reload, and nothing more.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
